Brie Ritchey
Brie: My husband and I have spent the past 3 years in our current home trying to keep it from self destructing in the manner that all homes seem to try to do. We had originally reached out to Artem and Rob with a few smaller projects. We've had some less than stellar experiences in the past with other local contractors and were so happy with how knowledgable and kind they were that when our little project ended up snowballing, we were just thrilled that they had so many areas of expertise because we seem to need them all.
From installing bathroom fans (ours sounded like the soundtrack from a horror movie) to patiently waiting while I desperately tried to find a part to save my massive, leaking, purple jacuzzi tub (turns out fiberglass does not live forever), they have been amazing.
Our new tub is gorgeous, the faucet is perfect (Rob found just the right one), the new bathroom fan is whisper quiet, and the trim around our shower pulls everything together. They did an amazing job on the drywall repairs too.
Since then, we've used A&R Comfort Solutions for other bathroom repairs, some minor kitchen cabinet work, exterior trim (which we were told was impossible to fix by others). We had a sink leak from our instant hot. Artem was able to install a new instant hot, a new faucet, and install our reverse osmosis filter, and it all fits and looks amazing.
So far we haven't run into anything that A&R can't do. They've fixed things that we've been trying to get repaired for years (including a gas leak and faulty duct work done by a local AC company). Home repairs can be rough, but A&R makes the process so much less stressful.
